For more information on Doximity Dialer and to ensure that your organization has access, please complete the two steps listed below:
How to Access Doximity Dialer:
- Fill out this Google Form here. Make sure to include an NPI list (CSV format) and any institutional email domains. Doximity will use the NPI list and email domain(s) provided to identify and grant access to new and existing Doximity users who match either of those two criteria.
- Sign the CPG participation agreement below
Once you have filled out the Google Form and signed the participation agreement, you will receive a confirmation email with more information on the support and training resources available to your users.

What is Doximity Dialer?
Doximity Dialer is an easy-to-use and secure telehealth tool that allows healthcare providers to communicate with their patients through voice and video calls. Clinicians can also shield private lines and choose to display office or hospital phone numbers to patients. Other features include post-call texting, straight-to voicemail, interpreter numbers, virtual backgrounds, and more.
